Purpose Reports may be requested for insurance purposes or to verify for other agencies that a police report was filed (ie. Lost passport).
 
Note Certain legislative and policy restrictions may limit access to specific report information. Should further information be sought, an individual may make a request to the NRPS Information and Privacy Unit - Freedom of Information.
