Regular meetings are held at the Niagara Regional Police Service - Administrative Offices, Police Services Boardroom, 4th Floor, 110 James Street, St. Catharines, Ontario.  Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month, except for April, August and December which have been scheduled on the third Thursday of the month to accommodate the OAPSB Conference, Regional Standing Committee meetings and the Christmas holidays, respectively.
