From Niagara Falls

1. Take Highway 420 to Highway 20
2. Go west on Highway 20 until reaching Highway 406.  This is an intersection.  Turn left (south) on Highway 406.
3. Turn off Highway 406 at Woodlawn Exit.
4. Turn Left on Rice Road.  Continue on Rice Road, which becomes Prince Charles Drive
5. Turn right on Lincoln Street
6. 3 District will be on your left-hand side

From Toronto

1. Take QEW to Highway 406.
2. Turn off Highway 406 at Woodlawn Exit.
3. Turn Left on Rice Road.  Continue on Rice Road, which becomes Prince Charles Drive
4. Turn right on Lincoln Street
5. 3 District will be on your left-hand side
