On April 15, 2009 at approximately 8:00pm the male in the photos entered the Avondale Store located at 5009 King Street in the Town of Lincoln and exchanged stolen inactive lottery tickets for active legitimate lottery tickets.  

The male then left in a white vehicle.

Police are seeking assistance in identifying the male in the photos.
