Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Royal Bank 571 Niagara Street, Welland, Ontario Incident Number:08-94024 NMW Number:09-00024On Saturday, September 13, 2008, at approximately 2:00 p.m., an unknown male entered the Royal Bank located at 571 Niagara Street in Welland. The male attempted to make a cash advance using a stolen credit card. The male left the bank due to the long wait.
On Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at approximately 2:38 p.m., the same unknown male entered the Royal Bank located at 571 Niagara Street in Welland. The male attempted to make a cash advance on a credit card again. The male became suspicious due to the long wait and left the bank and got into a silver late model Honda CRV last seen heading northbound on Niagara Street.
The male is described as black, 6'2", approximately 230 lbs., clean-cut with a shaved head and no facial hair. This male was wearing a blue collared shirt, black pants and spoke with a Carribean accent.
