ATM Fraud - Skimming First Ontario Credit Union
600 Ontario Street
St. Catharines Incident Number:08-117564 NMW Number:09-00023On November 19th 2008 at approximately 5:41 p.m., an unknown male entered the ATM at the First Ontario Credit Union at 600 Ontario Street in St. Catharines and was observed on video camera to install an "Overlay Skimming Device and pin-hole camera. The devices are designed to capture magnetic card information and the corresponding Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the customer.
Police are looking to identify the male seen in the video in order to speak with him in relation to this occurrence.
