At approximately 6:00 AM on the morning of July 9th , 2004 the body of Jeanette Jugaru was found in the parking lot of Princess Margret School , 6624 Culp Str. Niagara Falls . Her body had obvious signs of trauma leading investigators to believe she was murdered . Ms. Jugaru was 26 years of age at the time of her death and was known to live a high risk life style .
