About Us

Linda Jerome is the Manager of Human Resources.

Mission Statement

Human Resources strives to develop and implement efficient and cost-effective tools and services to assist supervisors, managers and senior executive in understanding and applying a variety of personnel policies and procedures in the following areas:

  • job evaluation
  • labour relations
  • staffing
  • employment equity
  • compensation and benefits
  • employee and family assistance;
  • and human resource planning.

Human Resources provides key support to the continuing development and enhancement of supervisor’s and manager’s skills in this field. Human Resources also strives to provide development opportunities that assist NRPS members on-the-job.
