Community Services plays an important role with the Niagara Regional Police Service by bringing crime prevention to the community. Members of the unit visit schools and
promote crime prevention through mall displays, television and the media.
Community Services unit is comprised of five Constables, a
Sergeant and a civilian member of the Service. They routinely provide educational programs in a wide range of topics to elementary schools, high schools and community groups.
